Safety

We recommend that an approved cycle helmet be used whenever riding.
We recommend that a child not ride without adult supervision.
We recommend inspecting your tricycle every time before riding for any loose components and inspection of your brakes.
Baskets are not designed to carry a chold or any other passenger. Doing so can result in serious injury.

Sales

All sales are final and FOB Freedom Trike 'N' Bike.
All products require assembly. We suggest you have a qualified bicycle assembler.
Freedom Trike N' Bike will review your order and contact you advising you of the actual cost of the product and freight charges before we proceed with any payments.
After the products are shipped, the actual invoice will be mailed to you for your records.
All prices are subject to our final confirmation.
Product(s) purchased for Rehab. or Disability purposes should only be done after consultation with your Therapist, Medical Advisor, and/or Doctor. Riders individual needs are beyond our expertise, as a result, we cannot make recommendations.

Freight

All applicable taxes and freight extra.
Freight charges will be calculated separately based on your order and shown on your invoice separately.

Payment

All sales must be paid in full, in advance before the purchase is shipped. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks from time of payment for delivery.
We accept Canadian money orders or drafts.
Only Genesis branded products going to the U.S must be paid in U.S dollars at the current exchange rate with a money order.
Worksman products are only sold in Canada and are not exported to the U.S.
